Animated Subtitle Styles and Caption Presets
Pick from about 60 ready-made subtitle styles or build your own, with word highlighting, shadows, background boxes, word animations and motion, then save it to reuse on every video.
Subtitle styling works the same way across the app. The styles and settings on this page are the ones you get in Dubbing, Subtitles, Viral Clips, AI Cut and Avatars.
In Dubbing and Subtitles, click Subtitles in the top corner of the video to open the style list. Every change shows on the video right away, and the export matches the preview.
Pick a Style
The style list opens on Presets. Click a style to use it, or hover over one to preview it on your video first. Pick None to turn subtitles off.
There are about 60 built-in styles, including:
- Hormozi colours each word as it is spoken, and Beast pops each word in. There are also Hormozi 1 to Hormozi 5 and Beast 1.
- Highlighter puts a box behind the word being spoken.
- Marker, Bulky and Underline use a background box behind the line, behind each word, or as an underline.
- Hollow shows upcoming words as an outline.
- Comic, Sticker and Retro 3D use hard and 3D shadows.
- Karaoke, Boxed, Neon, Gold Glow, Cyber, TikTok and Minimal
- Many more, such as Kelly, Ali, Kendrick, Adrian and Benie
Type in Search styles to find one by name, or narrow the list with the filters: All, My styles, Boxed, Highlight, Glow and Animated.
Customize a Style
Click Customize, or the settings icon on a style, to change it. The settings are split into four tabs: Text, Layout, Box and Motion. Once you change something the style shows Edited, and Reset puts it back the way it was.
