By downloading, installing, or using Voice Creator Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Voice Creator Pro is an AI-powered voice cloning and text-to-speech application for Windows and macOS. The App allows you to create voice clones from audio samples and generate speech using those clones. All processing is performed locally on your device.
3. License and Usage
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Voice Creator Pro on your personal device(s) in accordance with these terms. You may:
- Use the App for personal, educational, and commercial projects
- Create and use voice clones for content creation, accessibility, and other lawful purposes
- Store and use generated audio files for any lawful purpose consistent with these terms
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Voice Creator Pro to:
- Clone someone's voice without their knowledge and consent
- Create content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others
- Generate audio for harassment, threats, defamation, or any unlawful purpose
- Produce content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its underlying models
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any of its components
5. Intellectual Property
Voice Creator Pro's original code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Voice Creator Pro and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The App utilizes open source AI models, which remain subject to their respective open source licenses.
You retain full ownership of any audio content you create using the App. We claim no rights over your voice samples, generated audio, or any other content you produce.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use Voice Creator Pro and any content you create with it. You must ensure that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents before cloning another person's voice.
7. Purchases and Refunds
Voice Creator Pro is available for purchase through the Microsoft Store, itch.io, and the Mac App Store. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of the platform's policies. Please refer to the Microsoft Store, itch.io, or Mac App Store refund policies for more information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Voice Creator Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results of voice cloning will meet your specific requirements. The quality of voice clones may vary depending on the input audio quality and hardware capabilities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Creator Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license to use Voice Creator Pro if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
