Privacy Policy

Introduction
Voice Creator Pro ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our voice cloning application available on the Microsoft Store, itch.io, and the Mac App Store.
Our Privacy-First Approach
Voice Creator Pro is designed with privacy as a core principle. When you run the desktop application without a Cloud subscription, everything stays on your machine:
- 100% Local Processing: All voice cloning and text-to-speech generation happens entirely on your device. Your voice samples and generated audio never leave your computer.
- No Cloud Upload: We do not upload, transmit, or store your voice data on any external servers.
- No Account Required: You can use Voice Creator Pro without creating an account or providing personal information.
- No Tracking: We do not track your usage patterns, voice samples, or generated content.
If you opt into Voice Creator Pro Cloud (a paid subscription tier for users who'd rather not run a GPU locally), or into the marketplace as a provider, additional data flows apply — see Cloud Service and Marketplace Compute below.
Voice Creator Pro collects minimal information:
Voice Data
When you provide voice samples for cloning, this audio data is processed entirely on your local device. We do not have access to, collect, or store your voice recordings or the AI-generated voice outputs.
Purchase Information
If you purchase Voice Creator Pro through the Microsoft Store, itch.io, or the Mac App Store, the respective platform handles all payment processing. We do not have access to your payment details. We may receive basic transaction information to verify your license.
How Your Data is Stored
All the voices you create and audio files you generate are stored locally on your device in the application's data folder. You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time through the app or by removing the associated files from your computer.
Cloud Service and Marketplace Compute
The privacy guarantees above describe the desktop application running locally. Voice Creator Pro Cloud subscribers and provider nodes have additional data flows you should be aware of.
Cloud Subscription
When you generate audio through Cloud, your text, any reference audio you upload, voice IDs, and generation parameters are transmitted to our hosted infrastructure for processing. Generated audio is stored in our cloud storage so it can be retrieved by your client. We retain this data for the lifetime of your account and delete it on account deletion. Account email and authentication are managed through Supabase. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe.
Marketplace — When You Allow Third-Party Compute
If you have Allow third-party computeenabled in your account settings (default on for Cloud subscribers), some of your generation jobs may be processed on hardware operated by other Cloud subscribers acting as marketplace providers. In that case, the job payload — your text, any reference audio, voice ID, and generation parameters — passes through that provider's machine. The provider sees this payload for the duration of the job. Your account email, voice library, generation history, and other generations are not exposed to providers; they only see the specific job they claim. You can disable third-party compute routing at any time in your account settings, in which case all jobs run on our hosted infrastructure.
Provider operators are contractually prohibited (under our Terms of Service) from logging, retaining, redistributing, or training models on customer payloads. We maintain an audit trail recording which provider node processed which job for accountability. You can flag any generated audio as suspect from the app, which decays that provider's trust score and can result in their node being paused.
Marketplace — When You Operate a Provider Node
If you opt to share your GPU as a provider node, your machine will receive customer job payloads (text, reference audio, voice parameters) for the jobs it processes. This data is sent to your machine for the sole purpose of producing the requested generation and you agree not to retain or redistribute it. We collect node heartbeat metadata (uptime, hardware capabilities, success and failure counts, compute time) to operate the marketplace and attribute earnings.
Third-Party Services
Voice Creator Pro does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Third-party involvement is limited to:
- Microsoft Store, itch.io, and the Mac App Store — distribution and license management
- Supabase — authentication and database for Cloud subscribers and marketplace participants
- Stripe — subscription billing for Cloud subscribers
- Modal — hosted GPU compute for Cloud generation jobs
- Cloudflare — edge gateway routing API traffic to the appropriate backend
Signup Security Signals
When you create an account we capture a hashed (one-way SHA-256, salted) form of your IP address and a browser device fingerprint provided by Fingerprint and Thumbmark JS. We use these signals for fraud and abuse prevention, including detecting duplicate accounts and protecting our free tier. Raw IP addresses are not stored. You can request deletion of these signals along with your account at any time via the account settings page.
Data Security
Since all processing occurs locally on your device, your voice data is protected by your own computer's security measures. We recommend keeping your operating system and security software up to date to protect your local data.
Your Rights
Because we don't collect or store your personal data on our servers, you maintain complete control over your information. You can:
- Delete any voice models or audio files you've created at any time
- Uninstall the application to remove all locally stored data
- Use the app without providing any personal information

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
