Yes. Clips picks moments with an LLM you connect: your own provider key, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including one that runs locally. Set it in the app or through /api/v1/clips/llm-config.

Yes. POST /api/v1/clips/projects/from-youtube takes the link and creates the project from it, so you don't need to download the video first.

Clips export in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9, as MP4, MOV or MKV.

Yes. POST /api/v1/clips/projects/{project_id}/bulk-rerender applies the current style to every finished clip, and /clips/{clip_id}/rerender redoes a single one.
