Clone a voice
Clones a voice from a WAV clip of 5 to 30 seconds. Returns a job whose result is a VoiceCloneResult, and resource_id is the new voice. A clip with no speech fails with no_speech but the voice is saved.

Idempotency-Key?stringOptional. Up to 255 characters, scoped to your account and kept for 90 days. Sending the same key with the same body again returns the original job. The same key with a different body is rejected with 409.
