Emotions, DramaBox, Dubbing, and the Cloud

Here's what's new in Voice Creator Pro v1.8.6. This is a big one, so let's get into it.

Emotional Cloning (Experimental)

Cloned voices can now emote. Pick an emotion and intensity in the Clone tab or per-segment in Audiobook projects, and the Qwen3 pipeline re-performs the line with that feeling. It's experimental and steered by sampling, so landing a take you love can take up to 10 tries. Use the take history to batch and pick the keeper. The new DramaBox model below is also great for emotional reads.

DramaBox: A New Model

There's a new model in the lineup called DramaBox, a model built for expressive, character-driven delivery. It is the most capable model in the app for dramatic and performance-style reads. It is a large model, but VCP will automatically offload parts of it to keep it running on cards with as little as 12 GB of VRAM, so you don't need a monster GPU to use it.

Video Dubbing

This is the headline feature. VCP can now dub a video into another language, in the original speaker's own voice. Drop in a video and the app will:

• Transcribe and translate the speech into your target language
• Separate speakers automatically and clone each voice from the source audio
• Re-voice the whole video so every speaker keeps their own voice, now speaking the new language
• Lip sync the result so the mouth movements match the new audio
• Subtitles with full control over styling, including caption and karaoke-style word highlighting, background boxes, fonts, and presets. You can also export plain SRT or VTT sidecar files.

It handles multiple speakers, per-segment regeneration if a line doesn't sound right, and exports a finished, shareable video. You can dub into 21 languages, including Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, and more. This was a massive amount of work and I'm really proud of how it turned out.

Voice Changer

Turn any recording into a different voice. Upload a file, record from your mic, or pull audio from YouTube, then pick a target from your voice library or a one-off reference. VCP re-voices it in that speaker's identity while keeping the original words, timing, and delivery. It runs on the Chatterbox engine, so there's nothing extra to download if you already have Chatterbox installed.

Not everyone has a GPU, and not everyone wants to install software. So we built VCP Cloud, Voice Creator Pro running entirely in your browser, no download required.

Everything happens on our hardware, so it runs fast regardless of your machine, even a phone or a Chromebook. Cloning, the audiobook creator, video dubbing, and the new models are all there. There's a free tier so you can try it without paying anything, and paid plans when you need more.

Earn Money With Your GPU

Here's the part I'm most excited about. All that cloud work has to run on a GPU somewhere, and that GPU can be yours. Every copy of VCP can become a worker. Turn it on, and your machine joins the network, picks up jobs from the cloud queue, runs them on your GPU when it would otherwise be sitting idle, and earns you money for the compute. Cloning, audiobooks, dubbing, all of it. You stay in control of when your machine is available, and the app handles claiming jobs, running them, and tracking payouts.

Because this is a brand new launch, the worker program is invite only to start. We want to grow the network carefully and make sure the experience is rock solid before opening it up.
